We are building world-class international journals that provide researchers everywhere with a friendly, open-access platform to showcase their work and exchange ideas. We are looking for outstanding scholars who share our commitment to scholarly publishing and editorial excellence to help us launch and develop leading titles in biology, biomedicine, and medical research. All forms of support are welcome and appreciated:

 

1. Join Us as Editor-in-Chief  

   The Editor-in-Chief is the most senior academic role on the journal. The initial term is two years and may be renewed.

Responsibilities  

·  Define the journal’s scope and direction;  

·  Recommend editorial board members;  

·  Provide timely feedback and, with the support of the editorial team, launch the journal;  

· Oversee the journal’s technical aspects and enhance its scientific content;  

· Pre-check manuscripts and make decisions to ensure publication quality;  

· Establish the journal’s annual development strategy;  

· Actively participate in promoting the journal’s development and public awareness.

 

2. Join Us as Editorial Board Member  

   Editorial Board Members play a vital role in safeguarding quality and driving the journal’s development. The initial term is two years and may be renewed.

Responsibilities    

· Advise the Editor-in-Chief on the journals scope and direction;  

· Provide technical support and professional guidance to make the  journal more scientific in content;

· Recommend additional experts for the editorial board;  

· Review a certain number of manuscripts, especially when referees give conflicting recommendations;  

· Make decisions on submissions, particularly when the Editor-in-Chief or other academic editors have conflicts of interest with the authors;

· Actively participate in discussions with the Editor-in-Chief and other editorial-board members to finalize the journals strategic plans and long-term achievements;

Actively promote the journals development and public awareness.

 

3. Join Us as Volunteer Reviewer  

   Peer review is both a scholarly dialogue among equals and an opportunity to advance science—and the careers—of all participants. We invite active researchers to join our reviewer pool and engage in ongoing scholarly exchange. From our most active and qualified reviewers we will also recruit future Editorial Board Members and Guest Editors.

Responsibilities

· Timely review of assigned manuscripts and provide fair peer review reports;

· Handle manuscripts with confidentiality;

· Avoid reviewing papers that have a conflict of interest;

· Keep the editorial team informed about the review progress.

We are also open to other forms of collaboration. International organizations and institutions are welcome to use the MAS platform to propose and launch new journals.
